💳 2. 100% Prepaid Payment & UTR Verification Policy
To maintain wholesale discounted prices with zero overheads:
- No Cash on Delivery (Zero COD): All orders are 100% prepaid. COD is strictly not supported.
- 12-Digit UPI UTR / Ref Number: Every order submitted requires entering the valid 12-digit numeric UPI Transaction Reference (UTR) number generated upon scanning the official 49Wholesale.store payment QR code.
- Payment Reconciliation: Orders are validated in our banking ledger. Submission of invalid or fraudulent UTR numbers will result in automatic order cancellation and IP blacklisting.
🚚 3. Mandatory Standard Shipping Fee
Every wholesale order is subject to a Mandatory Standard Shipping Fee of Flat ₹49. This fee covers protective packaging, handling, and express surface logistics from our Surat central warehouse to your doorstep anywhere in India.

49Wholesale.store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or delivery delays caused by courier logistics. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
